Stay Refill Ready.
Find the insurance change before your patient finds it at the counter.
RxCoverageWatch checks your patients' insurance before their refills come due and tells you who changed plans or lost coverage, so you can get the new card before the refill, not during an argument at pickup.
No software install. No connection to your pharmacy system required.
Beat the January 1 plan changes. Lock in 20% off.
Medicare patients' new plans start January 1. Sign up by December 31 to catch their changes before the first refill, and keep launch pricing for your first 12 months.
Claim launch pricingJanuary is when the refills start bouncing.
Medicare patients can switch plans every fall, and the new plan starts January 1. Your system still has last year's card. You find out when the claim rejects, the line backs up, and a patient who has taken the same pill for ten years is told it isn't covered.
The same thing happens all year with job changes, Medicaid renewals and employer plan switches. It just happens most in January.
Three steps, and the first one takes an afternoon.
Add your patients
Type them in or upload a spreadsheet exported from your pharmacy system: name, date of birth, insurance and member ID. That's all we need.
We check before every refill
Each week, RxCoverageWatch checks the patients with refills coming due, and your whole list every month, asking each insurer whether the coverage on file is still active.
You fix it before the refill
You get a short list of who changed. Text the patient for the new card from the dashboard, or let our team make the call for you.
Try the dashboard.
This is the screen your pharmacy staff will use. Run a sweep, see who needs attention, and work the list.

Questions pharmacies ask us.
Do I have to connect my pharmacy system?
No. You can type patients in or upload a spreadsheet exported from your pharmacy system. Most stores are set up in an afternoon.
What exactly does it check?
Whether the insurance you have on file for each patient is still active, and for Medicare patients, whether they're still in the same plan. When coverage has ended, we flag it so you can get the new card. It doesn't check whether a specific drug is covered; your claim at fill time still does that.
How is this different from what my pharmacy software already does?
Your software checks coverage when you bill the prescription, with the patient standing at the counter. RxCoverageWatch checks days or weeks earlier, so you have time to fix it quietly.
Is patient information protected?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every pharmacy before any patient information is added, and data is encrypted in storage and in transit.
How do I sign up?
Talk to your RxHealing representative or request a call above. Or create your account directly: click Get started, sign the agreements and choose a plan. Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee, and we'll help you load your first patient list.
